Repair & Return Policy
- All Brand New products may only be able to be refunded in 5 days after purchase, if the products have been used, you will be liable for any diminished value of the products and remove all the security locks.
- All Brand New products have 6 month limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchased. Exchanges and refunds of faulty phones only (excluding iPhones) will be provided within 7 days the purchase date and where the faulty can be verified in store. All returns should be accompanied with a valid receipt, all packaging the phone came in, any associated accessories and the phone manual. If necessary, phones may be returned to a technician appointed by the manufacturer so that the faulty can be verified before any exchange or refund is provided (it may take up to 4 weeks). Your manufacturer’s warranty will be deemed void should the phone be either physically damaged (including moisture damage). For iPhone you need take a receipt with you and our staff will help troubleshoot your issue for send it for repair. You can also use the Apple Online Assistant to send your iPhone for repair. For Warranty repair, it may take up to 8 weeks for all procedures.
